Putin: Share of key services provided online to rise to 95% by 2030
MOSCOW, Jul 21 (PRIME) -- The share of mass socially important services for Russians available online must rise to 95% by 2030, and the number of households with broadband Internet access is to reach 97%, according to a decree of President Vladimir Putin seen by PRIME on Tuesday.
These target indicators are stipulated by national aim Digital Transformation.
The decree also sets the task to quadruple investment in domestic solutions in the IT sphere in comparison to 2019 and to attain the “digital maturity” of key branches of the economy and the social sphere, including healthcare, education, and state management.
